Playhouse 22 has long been built upon the generous support of donations. Through some of the most challenging times, we have been fortunate that donations from many of you have helped us present live theater at an affordable rate.

 

For the remainder of 2024, we are hosting a fundraising campaign to support our critically-acclaimed "On the Edge" Black Box series focused on smaller, little-known shows, we transform our traditional stage into a new theatrical experience with the audience sitting on stage, close to the action unlike anything you have ever seen before at the theater.  ​

The "On the Edge" series gives both our guests and artists alike to experience theater in a new and unconventional way.  

​

This season we are offering three unique shows -- "American Son", "Sylvia" and "Wit".  All three of them feature either men and women of diverse backgrounds, young and upcoming directors and shows that tackle sensitive conversations about race, gender and relationships.

A few dollars will make a world of difference as we continue to offer live theater, at an affordable price.
