Partnering with NextGen Acting, Playhouse 22 is pleased to present acting classes for kids and teenagers throughout the year.

​

Students will have fun and make friends, while studying various disciplines of acting including — 

  • On-Camera Acting

  • Stage Acting 

  • Musical Theatre

  • Comedy & Improv

  • Voice-Over 

At the end of the week, students will be able to show family and friends the fruits of their 15 hours of effort, including the opportunity to record voice over and film on-camera & theatrical work.

When are acting classes?
Programs run over the course of 10 weeks during the Fall and Spring Semesters. Each week, your child will engage in three different classes: Acting, Improv, and NextGen Acting. Each class is designed to enhance different aspects of performance, ensuring a well-rounded acting education.

Where will the classes take place?
All acting classes and programs will take place at the East Brunswick Community Arts Center, 721 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick.

Improv Classes for kids and teens:

Saturdays (7-12) from 10-11 am 
NextGen Acting (Multimedia Acting):
Mondays (13-17) and Wednesdays from (7-12) 5-6 pm
Saturdays from 11-12 pm (7-12)
